Our personalized Guided Tours are designed to maximize your time spent with us in Kaikoura, allowing you to explore and soak in the atmosphere of the region. Meander along The Esplanade lined with magnificent Norfolk Pines and native Pohutukawa trees winding around the foreshore, to the New Wharf. This is where the "Rahui"(marine reserve area) begins. Your guide will explain the meaning and significance of the Rahui to you. Visit the historic Fyffe House which has ancient whalebone foundations, pass by the old wharf and stop at Armers Beach on the way to the Seal Colony. Pause to see New Zealand Fur Seals in their natural environment, a must for nature lovers. Another favourite location is Lookout Point on top of the Peninsula. Here you will get magnificent 360 degree views of the Kaikoura mountains, the Southern Alps, the total Kaikoura coastline and the Pacific Ocean. Our Guided Tours are for all ages and abilities. Choose from our Tui or Infinity e bikes (you can view these on our shop page) We recommend that you contact us first talk about your tour and bookings. If you fancy stopping for a bite to eat or drink, there are plenty of great local cafés or restaurants to choose from, and this can be built into your tour. Tours are scheduled at 11.30am. If you are interested in making a late booking, please call us and see if we can arrange a tour.
